Housing programs

The Coalition is proud of our new portfolio of housing programs which represent the next step from our foundation of emergency sheltering. We recognize the deep need to secure and protect affordable housing opportunities for our most vulnerable neighbors, and are committed to being strong stewards of these assets for years to come.

The Coalition owns and operates three (3) SRO motel properties as housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, with supportive services available on site. Our skilled property management team oversees the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the properties, and conducts standard landlord functions such as leasing activities, rent collection, vendor oversight, and annual compliance.

In addition to owned properties, the Coalition oversees a Project Roomkey motel that provides interim housing to ~20 medically vulnerable individuals. We also offer a very limited number of emergency motel vouchers for vulnerable homeless families and medically fragile individuals, by partner referral only.

All of our housing programs are accessed through the County’s Coordinated Entry intake system. Please contact (530) 655 8456 for more information or to request an intake. Please note that access is highly limited and prioritized based on vulnerability. No direct placements are possible.
